We got to meet Heather Ashley of Big Mad True Crime and to be honest, she was one of the first big podcasters I spoke with at CrimeCon, and I wasn’t expecting much. (This woman has 43k followers on Instagram, so she must get messages all the time!)
Not only was she exceptionally gracious and kind, but she also helped to connect us to other podcasters and made us feel like a part of the true crime podcasting family!
