This year if you do not feel like you are in the holiday spirit, that is understandable. There's so much uncertainty going on, people are surviving instead of thriving. Do what is necessary to pick yourself up but also feel those feelings. It's a lot and to some degree it seems contradictory, however live each day as best as you can.

Mental Health is not only vital...it's needed. Be sure to take some time for self-care every day. This can be something like, journaling, taking time to do breath work, or dancing in your room. It does not have to be lavish, it just has to be impactful.
