*** long announcement warning from*** The TORQUE Stage at Festival of Wheels - Trinity Park, Ipswich 6th / 7th August 2022 The A.I.R Events would firstly like to say Thanks to Carl ( Festival Of Wheels Ipswich ) for trusting and allowing us to bring excellent music to his festival goers - it was such an incredibly well run and exciting event to be a part of, an amazing weekend. A MASSIVE thanks to Titch ( Paul Hagon ) from the brilliant Rhythmic event hire , without whom none of it would been possible. There is no doubt , and no surprise , that he is the most in-demand Event Creator in East Anglia - Literally every event he puts on is superb; he thinks of , and sorts out , literally everything . Catch him doing the sound and tech for the brilliant The Magic Es (currently , and unarguably , the U.K’s best indie rock band) in-store at HMV Norwich on Saturday 13th August. A genuinely MAHOOSIVE Thanks to all the acts who performed across the weekend - they all took to the stage and absolutely SMASHED their sets , it was brilliant to watch. And , after having received such an immense flood of positive feedback, comments and compliments about each of them from so many quarters , I’m of the opinion that any of them could play pretty much ANY decent event and be a firm success. Really couldn’t be more buzzed about how they were received: Thanks to The Magic Es, Icarus Vision , Romas World Music , Behind The Nut , Love Songs for Losers , Back to the Point & Tink their time and talents xx The Lazy I was okay-ish, I guess (🤪) , but a particular special thanks goes out to Frances Clarke , Conchita Ridgewell and Richard Ridgewell for joining ' The i ' for an unexpected last minute Saturday set - also to Conchita and Rich for helping keep me fed and alive over the weekend, and for the loan of the tent. Many Thanks also to Roxby for the chats and the tobacco, when I finally ran out - both of those things helped keep me sane, I reckon ! More massive thanks goes
