Anyway, I came across this old client contract to end it.
Sadly, she suddenly disappeared and her last message was Nov 2017 leaving me with a project.

To my curiosity, I researched and found an obituary dated 2019 with her name but I'm still hoping that's not her. Praying she's all good and healthy. Left her a message for the last time before I closed the contract. No response and never seen her online since 2017.

I hope she's okay.

Well, the answer is, it depends and it's totally up to you.

Let me elaborate on that...

First, if you'll be producing unique content and you can't just grab stock images & videos from the web and it's not a one-time project, then YES, you have to invest in a good camera.

If you are a vlogger, we suggest you get a Canon M50.
It's a very good camera, high-quality, user-friendly, and capable of shooting 4k for a very affordable price.

If you're a realtor or a real estate photographer, Nikon D7500 is very ideal for you. It's best for photos IMO.

If you're a business owner and can't afford a production team to do the shoot just as yet, YES, you can still DIY using your phone.
Especially if you have an iPhone 12. Just be creative and mindful when shooting.
After all, people are more drawn towards authentic content than over staged and over processed ones.
