Long and difficult hike...the longest I've ever done and with bags that were filled like we had a quad to carry them (we did but it died 1km into our journey). This hike tested my mental and physical endurance. We got to the top of the mountain in a lightning storm that gave us heavy rain and hail for the last few km of the hike. Got our tents up and sheltered for an hour while we waited for the rain to stop. I legitimately felt like we were in danger of getting hit by lightning, it was right above us and my buddy @true_north_adventures has a head full of titanium that was buzzin' during it.
