Wait! Who the Hell am I?
I’m Ashley - part woman working in corporate america, part badass mama, part coach and part strategist. I keep it real and am committed to helping you take a risk on yourself.
When I first started my career I had no strategy for finding a job and never even thought about what it might take to become a leader. I had a false preconception, things would just work out if I worked hard … not always the case. I have always had a strong work ethic and very much the "let's get sh*t done, we can do it" attitude but it didn’t seem to be helping me progress. I was working a 9-5 job, and bartending on the weekend to make ends meet. I knew there had to be a BETTER way, there had to be MORE - what the hell was I doing wrong?
Then it hit me! I needed to have a strategy, a plan, and a blueprint to get where I wanted to go. I needed to start taking risks - BIG RISKS. I had to leverage my leadership capabilities and my network to help me navigate the world I was in.
Most parents teach their kids lessons in life. Some which can hold them back and others that propel them forward. I was fortunate enough to have a mom who instilled an insane work ethic and taught me the true definition of strength through her battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Having lost her at a point where I was trying to navigate my professional career really shifted my perspective about what is truly important in life.
