The IRIX 15mm T2.6 cine lens has a clinical and controlled look with a fairly bright T2.6 light transmission in a sturdy but light metal body.
The UV laser markings on both sides fit the criteria for the production of more than one screw, while the uniform aperture and focus manual ring play well with stabilisers and minimising setup time with IRIX cine lenses.

Do you shoot with Cinema or Photo lenses for video? both offer advantages but it really depends on what you're off video you're shooting.
cine lens offer the granular control filmmakers need for consistent light transmission, linear focus and zoom. photo lens especially native ones offer autofocus, telemetry data, sharpness and contrast out of the box for reliable all round shooting.
work fast paced or time constrained? You're better of with photo lenses. If you have time, operate in a controlled environment and have a certain visual aesthetic, cinema lenses may be more your thing.

The Falcam Camera Cage from Ulanzi for my Sony FX30 (also works for FX3). I've used their quick release cage system for my A7 IV so it felt right at home. The V2 cage adds a tougher F50 to F38 and F22 QR to the base plate for the expanding line of accessories.
One thing I like about the cage is a 3 point system that screws into the FX30 for a much better hold. It doesn't twist or slide like the A7 IV one with only a 1 point setup so it's a definite improvement.
The base, side and top plate come together for a full cage or but there's some modularity if you only need the bottom plate or if you use the Sony XLR handle for the top plate.
