-Octobuddy (it's a sticky suction cup that sticks on the back of your phone)
-A SMALL compact travel tripod (perfect for carrying in a purse or when you travel)
-A water bottle- 9/10 i'm filming content with my phone against a water bottle to hold it up

-On reels, keep the text easy to read, text straight across not diagonal and no weird colors that make us squint IYKYK

-Use jump cuts on your reels (change angles) every 2.5 seconds

-In your stories show 4-5 stories a day of what your day to day looks like

-Use highlights!! Clients stories, lifestyle, wellness, BTS or behind the scenes. People look at your page before they dm you. You can pull old stories from your archive and put them on highlights

-Be ok with messy and not waiting till it’s perfect. People want what you have more than they want it to be “aesthetic”
