Many of us have emerged from the pandemic questioning why we so eagerly continue to worship at the altar of busyness. Exhausted, overwhelmed, and on the brink of total collapse, the concept of slow living has never seemed more appealing. This describes a new phenomenon called the " Anti-Hustle Movement". Forced to slow down and reflect on our lives because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have a group of people questioning why do we have to WORK SO HARD?

This is because, in the digital age especially, it’s not uncommon to be riddled with constant subconscious pressure that to be busy is to be productive and to be productive is to be successful.

That happiness is unattainable if we aren’t monetizing every waking moment we have.

Approachability wins business. Consumers are skeptical and require confidence before deciding to buy. Remember: If they can't come up to you; how will they ever get behind you?
Being approachable is the foundation of building good relationships with your colleagues, and of creating a strong team in which confidence can grow and ideas can flow. You can improve how approachable you are by breaking down barriers and creating an environment of trust.
Is being approachable a skill or quality? Approachability is a skill you can develop if you are aware of how your words, actions and body language make people feel. In this article, we explain how to be approachable at work to help ensure you have a successful career.

This market is not for the timid buyer, unfortunate as it may be...it is our duty to educate and lead our buyers in the direction that puts their priorities in line when placing the offer all while giving them the best opportunity to get their offer accepted.

Great communication skills are the key to building any solid relationship in both your personal life and well as in business. Active listening is the number one ingredient to being able to communicate effectively and build trust. When someone feels they are truly being heard they will be more likely return that favor by listening to what the other party contributes to the conversation.
