Something I often get asked as a full-time RVer is what do we do for internet. Although my fiancé rarely works from home, I am a teacher and will be getting back to online educating again soon! So, having a strong internet connection is imperative.

If you are familiar with RV resorts, parks, campgrounds, etc; it’s hit or miss (mostly miss in 70% of our experiences) if you will have a strong and steady wifi connection.

Since partnering with KING Michael and I no longer have to worry about laggy, slow, spotty, or downright unreliable internet!

Pictured to the left of me is the KING Falcon Directional Wi-Fi Antenna, which also comes with the KING WiFiMax Router/Range Extender. With this pairing, it delivers a faster, more powerful internet connection, wherever you may be.

I cannot tell you how pumped I am to never have to sweat an internet connection again. There will be no more parking outside of a McDonald’s to jack their free wifi, or coffee shop runs just to accomplish internet tasks that we couldn’t steadily do where we were at.

Of course you’re thinking, what’s that going to cost me? One of the best perks of the KING Falcon bundle is there are NO monthly service fees, NO bills, & NO contracts! Yup, you read that right.

The KING Falcon takes advantage of already existing internet, and mega boosts its power from significantly farther away through the directional Wi-Fi antenna. The Falcon mounts to your RV or vehicle’s roof, so you can maximize the range and performance of the KING WiFiMax, making this the ideal combination for fellow RVer’s, as well as truckers, campers, tailgaters, and all mobile adventurers who want to remain connected to internet.

With that being said, if you’re someone who struggles with connectivity, say goodbye to the frustration and wasted time from a slow or spotty internet connection. It’s time for your upgrade to KING - & they have cell phone boosters, too!

Be sure to 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐘 𝐓𝐔𝐍𝐄𝐃 for an upcoming 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐘 from me and KING !

What questions do you have about the set up, installation, connections, or the KING Falcon Bundle in general?

Another one because I’m so elated that my time spent washing dishes has been cut in half, thanks to a working faucet haha.

I also haven’t share this angle before; how many other RVer’s have a pantry in their rig?!

27/10/2020

Ya girl finally has a new faucet, thanks to the handy pumpkin spice fiancé! 🙌🏻

Swipe to see the old faucet that came with the RV. It had a loose neck for the longest time and then it recently broke. So we upgraded!

Michael even picked this new faucet out, how do you think he did? (I’ve taught him well 😉🙃)

Closet closed vs closet open!

My favorite thing about my closet is that we have a washer & dryer! You can’t see our washer in this pic however- it’s to the far right.

How many fellow RVer’s have a washer/dryer/or combo on board?

Sharing something new with you all today, our 🎉

We have paid off
$𝟠𝟘,𝟝𝟡𝟜.𝟘𝟝 !!!!!!
In two years since starting our full-time RV journey.

Today we have:
- No car payments
- No RV payment
- No credit cards
- & soon to be no student loans.

It’s been quite a journey for us but we wouldn’t trade it for anything, because of how much we’ve grown as a couple and in our faith with God’s provision.

Up next for us:
- finish paying off the remainder of our student loan debt before our wedding in March 2021
& then
- start mass saving for a house (our goal is to pay it in full)!

You truly can do anything you set your mind to, and don’t let anyone tell you differently.

I’m going to miss you, home. Here’s a lil teaser reel of some pictures and videos of beautiful Tucson, Arizona. Shot by my fiancé Michael 📸

Tomorrow we are headed to Texas for the next two months. Once we are there, I’ll share some drone footage of the beautiful Saguaro National Park that we are fortunate enough to call home. But for now, enjoy this little teaser!

I updated our bedroom just a little bit more with something so simple, sheer curtains!

As you all know I’m so glad we kept the natural wood color throughout our rv, but I still wanted to make our space brighter somehow, while maintaining the warmth. Adding something as simple as a curtain, is an easy and affordable way to brighten up your space.

Let me know what you think!

ALL ABOUT MY ROLLER SHADES! 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

The biggest question I get asked about our fifth wheel is the updated roller shades we added to it! So without further ado, I’m giving the people what they want! I am going to share with you the brand, style, add ons, and install process!

* The roller shades are from
* They are the premiere decorative roller shade
* Color: Malaga navy/beige
* We added a valance to ours to complete the look
* We added blackout backing to keep the rv temperature regulated
* The blinds are thick and AMAZING quality.
* The shades come with all the hardware needed for install
* We’ve had zero issues with them since we bought them 2 years ago

For the install we removed our old blinds and valences, puttied the old holes and sanded them, and we chose to paint the walls in our rv too, which covered the old holes. Next, we used a stud finder to accurately and securely screw in the hardware that came with our roller shades. A note to be made about the screws: you must use shorter screws when drilling on a slide out wall since those are thinner. The last thing you want is to drill through to the outside wall of your slide out.

We’ve never had any issues with our roller shades moving or falling in the last 2 years and we live in our rv full time and we are not stationary either. They are great quality and they were worth every penny we paid. We bought ours during Blinds. com’s big Black Friday 50% off sale.

If this is something you’re interested in, feel free to use my coupon code: thankstinyhome1119 for $50 off your purchase. The code is good through 2021.

If you have any other questions feel free to drop them in the comments!

I hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday!

Is anyone else super excited for the weather to start getting cooler?

Spooky season is my favorite and I’m looking forward to the day we can put our giant comforter back on the bed, and snuggle at 58 degrees 🤣. It’s just been too hot in AZ still for it to even reach that temp at night.

During the day we keep our rig at 72-74 and at night we keep it at 66; unless if we are somewhere with cooler weather we will let it get down to 58 before having the heat kick on! ❄️

What temp do you keep your place at ideally?

Did you know that a majority of RV’s in the US use the SAME universal keys?! Michael and I learned this recently and decided to test out the theory on some family & friends RV’s 😅😬👀... and let’s just say we are so thankful to have RVLock Keyless for RVs now!

Honestly, RV manufacturer’s can do better in this aspect, but until they do, give yourself peace of mind and better safety by using RV Lock. By having RV Lock it will be much harder for theft or a break in to occur, compared to standard universal keys installed on RV’s.

𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲: 𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗬𝟭𝟱
Or the link in my bio for a discount off of your very own RV lock; there are multiple styles depending on your RV manufacturer and what type of lock you are looking for. also makes locks for your baggage doors, since those are universal, too!

Did I mention that it’s also keyless entry?! It comes with a fancy key fob just like your vehicle, you can use the passcode on the door lock itself, or it comes with a non-universal key if necessary.

How many of my fellow RV’ers also have RV lock? And if you don’t, I hope you get one soon!

Good morning and happy Friday insta fam! The high here in Tucson will officially be under 100 today, and that calls for a celebration!☀️

What are you celebrating this weekend? Even if it’s as simple as sleeping in.

Has 2020 been a whirlwind or what?! We were hoping to add a few more pins to our map this year but we all know why that didn’t happen. So, here’s to hoping there are brighter days ahead, with more travel!

Let’s reminisce... what are some of your favorite places you have traveled to?

Does your RV, tiny home, sticks n bricks, or really any mobile vehicle... have a name?

Ours is called the Château to-go!

We had decals custom made for us by last year, and they have held up really well, even in Arizona heat! It’s been awesome connecting with others while on the road through my social tag. Such a wild ride, and I genuinely look forward to all of the messages we get on travel days; of people who passed us on the road and saw my tag.

Today officially marks our 2 year anniversary of full-time RV living! We picked up our Château to-go on August 15th, 2018.

What a wild ride the last two years have been, but we wouldn’t change it for the world. I honestly wasn’t sure what I would initially think or feel about tiny living, but I cannot stress enough how much I have loved it! We’ve experienced so much in the short two years we’ve been on this journey.

I’ll trade the material for the memorable any day. Cheers to a couple (or few) more years!

How many of you have used peel and stick tile in your RV or home?

For me personally, the peel and stick tile in our kitchen & bathroom has held up beautifully for almost 2 years now.

Peel & stick tile is a great way to change up your space without breaking the bank; or if you’re unsure what you want/love, it’s a more cost effective way to test it out in your space before making the bigger purchase with real tile.

06/08/2020

Here are some bits of Michael’s drone footage @ theflying_irishman , we are so lucky to call Arizona “home”, when not on the road.

06/08/2020

Yesterday Michael and I had a date day at our all-time favorite spot back home: Mount Lemmon. We spent the afternoon playing cards, droning, & just enjoying each others company; while soaking in the crisp mountain air.

20/07/2020

Here’s to a new week 🌈 I hope yours is filled with so much love, light, coffee, home inspo, and kindness.

15/07/2020

I need your vote! I am thinking of adding a sheer/airy drapery across the front of our closet. In my mind, it’ll create a lighter, yet more cozy bedroom; & I’ll be keeping the sliding mirrors for depth, light, and uniqueness.

What do you think? Add the sheer curtains or no?
