There is a $36.5 billion trafficking ring inside American courthouses. Not cartels. Judges, attorneys, and court-appointed fiduciaries. Not street criminals. Educated, honored, court-ordered people who swear oaths to protect the vulnerable & Uphold the Law. They call it "guardianship." It is legal senior trafficking – stealing our elders' lives, our inheritances, and our children's college tuition under the gavel.
This is family annihilation. An elder's home is not just a roof. It's a grandchild's education. Decades of wealth meant to pass down. They steal it all. $36.5 billion per year. Billion with a B.
Our Stories:
Julie Johns – Her 93-year-old mother, Mary Johns, was illegally conserved. Mary's estate went from $15 million to $5 million. A conservator spent $1.6 million in 17 months with no accounting. The family-owned tire business, built over 50 years, was stolen after her husband died. Locks were changed during lunch. Heirlooms were seized. Jobs lost. Her inheritance—her grandchildren's college tuition—being wiped out.

Paul LaFollette – His mother was starved and dehydrated in a fraudulent conservatorship approved by a judge George. She died. Paul is being criminally prosecuted for giving her water, fraudulent restraining order.

Mychely Kukyendal – She fought probate court for over four years and sent more than 500 letters to the White House. A judge personally called an attorney to "help for free"—yet it cost the family $700,000 and a reverse mortgage on their paid-off home.

Felicia McDonald – Judge George allowed family members to control an estate after they had already been banned in Alameda County from overseeing any estate. I was removed as executor based on a lie, with no proof. I was put out of a house I already owned. There was no due process. I never received an accounting. The judge never allowed me to speak. Our family property, which has both a will and a trust, is in Alameda County.

Ercell – My 82-year-old mother, the proclaimed Miskitu Matriarch-isolated in Mexico. A family member tried to seize her deceased son's body with a forged marriage certificate at the mortuary. Then filed a restraining order based on lies. Judge Coats blocked witnesses—a clear due process violation. $730,000 is missing. Son's ashes left in a closet in an empty apartment. Investigation report one sided Judge George ignored discoveries and claims Jurisdiction limits when everyone but Ercell lives and works in Contra Costa County.

Let’s talk about historical rebranding—specifically, how sacred power gets turned into a slur.

My Aquarius-Pisces-Scorpio brain wouldn’t let this go until I connected the dots: from the priestesses of ancient Mesopotamia to the colonial erasure of the Devadasi in India. The word “prostitution” is a patriarchal invention, created long after the fact to shame what it couldn’t control.

But when you try to deny a force as fundamental as s*x, you don’t eliminate it. You pervert it. And that perverted energy fuels so much of the sickness we see today.

This 2-minute visual essay is a reclamation project. It’s about taking back a stolen narrative and understanding how the past scripts our present.

Rethinking Justice: A Personal Dictionary of Broken Words

Let's start with a dictionary definition of our favorite fighting word:

re·sis·tance /rəˈzistəns/

1. the refusal to accept or comply with something; the attempt to prevent something by action or argument. "she put up no resistance to being led away"..but it was thwarted when he hit her on the head.

2. the ability not to be affected by something, especially adversely.
"some of us have a lower resistance to cold than others"
But it doesn’t mean you are immune.Get it?

Let’s talk about the words we use to fight for human rights.
I’ve been in this space for a while—working with NGOs,advocating, living it. And I’ve noticed something: we talk a lot about resisting.

Resist oppression. Resist injustice. Resist.

But here’s my take: when we’re always resisting, we’re still on their turf, playing by their rules.

I resisted, too. It didn’t stop me from being harmed. What changed things was when I stopped just resisting and started empowering myself. Self-defense. Autonomy. Building what I wanted, not just fighting what I didn’t.

This isn’t about being polite. It’s about changing the game.


Take a phrase like “ White Su·prem·a·cy.” Good intention, but it still centers supremacy. True equality isn’t about dismantling a fake hierarchy—it’s about rejecting the idea that hierarchy ever belonged here in the first place.

You can’t chain someone up, sabotage them, strip their rights, and then whisper, “I am superior.”
That’s not supremacy.That’s a crime scene.

And since we’re here—let’s talk about women’s rights.

I once heard someone refer to women as “prey.” It hit me like a bad meal. I actually pictured cannibalism.

If men are so “superior,” why can’t they control their hunger?
