The past few weeks have been an emotional rollercoaster for everyone; from experiencing hope, anger, pain, grief and panic.

Exactly one week ago we watched helplessly as young people lost their lives while demanding for change.

A lot of our workforce at Forza who have experienced police brutality were forced to relive their worst nightmares.

We acknowledge that these experiences are heavy and it will take a while before a lot of us are able to feel safe again.

Despite all of this, we are certain that these events have started a chain reaction that will bring about the change we all desire.

To those who lost friends and family, it is impossible to say we know how you feel and we sympathize with you with the promise that their bravery will always be remembered.

To the businesses that got looted as a result of the chaos, we know that rebuilding a business takes time and we hope that you can bounce back bigger and better.

Healing is non-linear and it is ok to take all the time you need to recover.

We will get there.
