As I reflect on the day (and my few & far between posts), I 've decided (again) to create a series of infographics. If you know me, you know that my focus is first and foremost character building & purpose. Here is the first in a series on developing a Growth Mindset in children. I do my best to avoid using fixed language such as "you're smart", "you're a natural", "you got it right", etc. Read below for ways in which we can boost confidence and make small language changes to encourage growth.
