Remember to breathe 💨in times like this and also to switch up your routine from time to time no matter how small the change is.

Lack of change in routine can cause stress and discomfort 😖😫both mentally and physically.

When certain actions become routine, make conscious decision to do them in an alternate way. 🔀E.g. Visit a different bakery than the usual one where you get breakfast or walk home on a different route. We apologise for missing issues for a few weeks. Things in Hong Kong are changing by the day and we are still trying to handle all these sudden changes.
⠀⠀
One of them being CS gas and dioxin are enmeshed in our everyday lives now. We breathe them everywhere we go.
These chemicals could have detrimental effect including hightened chance of giving birth to deformed babies, growth of chloracne(skin condition also induced in Ukraine president by Russian espionage) and much more if you will just go online.

To remove tear gas is a must and we are aware that HK government do not and will not clean up after the mess they have deployed on citizens. So we do it ourselves.
⠀⠀
We have a lot of English speaking audience who don’t read or speak Chinese. This is things you should look at to clean yourself and your home.
⠀⠀
Please know tear gas chemicals’s consequences are no joke. If you care about your body in 20 years, act now.

Vintage stores have always been a great option for those who love to shop 💃🏼but in a eco-friendly manner♻️. The clothes are all second hand, manufactured from past decades. So you won’t be contributing to fast fashion when you buy multiple pieces🛍!
