In August 2022, a woman was arrested for the murder of her boyfriend in Gaziabad.

The woman and her boyfriend were in a live in relationship

The woman was pressurising the guy to marry her and he was dilly-dallying.

Enraged the woman took a razor and slit his throat.

Then she hid the body in a large trolley suitcase and was dragging it through the road to abandon it on a train when she was arrested for being suspicious.

The woman's name is Priti Sharma.

The man's name was Mohammad Firoz.

The case wasn't highlighted in the media.

No debates were held about Love Jihad

No generalized statements about "how Hindu women are murdering Muslim men" were made.

No one went around trolling the entire Hindu community for this.

No one spoke about the "evils of Live In relationships"

No one blamed the entire community for the act of one.

And no Modia channels splashed their web portals with multiple detailed posts about this gruesome act.
