Exploring the natural & cultural wonders of Oaxaca! 🇲🇽✨ SAVE & SHARE

On my visit to Oaxaca City, I took a full-day tour with to see the city’s natural and cultural highlights. Here’s what we did:

✨Visited the ancient Tule tree- The widest tree in the world.
✨Explored Teotitlán del Valle-Learned about traditional textiles and how they are made.
✨Visited a Mezcal distillery -Saw how Mezcal is made and sampled various types.
✨Explored Mitla -An archaeological site.
✨Enjoyed a buffet lunch - Tried many traditional Oaxaca dishes at a local restaurant.
✨Visited Hierve el Agua - Saw the stunning petrified waterfalls.

Don’t miss the breathtaking bluebonnet bloom at Lake Somerville State Park in Texas! 💙📍SAVE & SHARE

Fields of bluebonnets and wildflowers paint the landscape at Lake Somerville State Park, during the enchanting bluebonnet season which starts at the end of March and finishes on late April. This state park is only 1.5 hrs away from Houston, 30 minutes from Brenham and 2 from Austin.

The best place to see these beautiful flowers are by the day use area. I recommend you to go around sunset time because you will see stunning color variations as the sun casts its golden glow over the bluebonnets.

Did you know that Texas is home to a city named Nederland? ✨📍

Yes, Nederland – not to be confused with the European country. Just 1.5 hour drive from Houston and 20 min. Away from Beaumont. From its cute shops, tasty breweries and welcoming atmosphere, Nederland is a hidden gem waiting to be explored.

We had a wonderful time taking pictures around all the beautiful murals and then stopping for a bite and beer at a highlight rated brewery .
