This is the newest game in my library and is pretty good. It feels a lot like Bioshock with its intricately designed world and alternative future technology. A fun game, but its Russian aesthetic leaves a rather unpleasant taste given current events.

It's not a bad game, they made 3 sequels, it's fine if you only have a few minutes but it gets repetitive quickly. This would probably have been a mobile game if it hadn't been released before smartphones were popular.

This is a very immersive train driving game. Designed for VR, there's not really any HUD and you don't use keys to control anything, all controls are operated manually.

This is a fun game. Much like Transport Tycoon or Transport Fever you build a railway to transport goods from one place to another where they'll be made into other goods that you can take somewhere else for additional profit.
Unfortunately it is showing its age now and crashed before I had finished recording. Transport Fever is much newer, has larger maps and has different vehicle types so you'd be better off playing that instead.

This game isn't terrible. It's based on an old Farming Simulator engine, the same way Ski Resort Simulator was, and there's too much of a grind, even for a simulator. You need to grind both money and XP as missions are locked behind levels and equipment requirements.
You can see that the idea has potential as some of the ideas have reappeared in games like House Flipper. Adding demolition to a game like Construction Simulator should be an obvious decision.

We take a look at the milestones I have unlocked while I've been away, and some of the factories that I've expanded to their final capacity. We then head off to the oil field to see the temporary plastic, rubber and fuel processing facilities I've built over there.
We then unlock the jetpack milestone and find that it's not as good was we were expecting. Good for clearing a gap, getting up a small cliff, escaping enemies, and acting as a parachute, but not that good at just going vertically upwards.

This is a really fun game, race to the fire, establish a water supply and attack hoses, give commands to your squad, break down doors, rescue casualties, and extinguish fires, all against the clock. It's a tactically demanding and satisfying game.

Burn things, make money. I'm not sure how the economics of the world of Little Inferno works, maybe we shouldn't look too closely. The world is cold, in a perpetual winter caused by air pollution. You need to burn things to stay warm.
Buy and burn everything in a catalogue and you can get access to a new catalogue. Burn certain items together to unlock combos. Unlock every combo to access the endgame.

Big Pharma is another of those factory building games that I'm so fond of.
It is a difficult game to play right. You have to send out expeditions to find ingredients with the right effect, research new machines and processes, and then process the ingredients through so many steps to produce a new cure with the right effects, all the time trying to make enough money to stay afloat.

I really like The Stanley Parable. It's really fun messing with the Narrator's expectations, and things can get very strange and meta on some of the more obscure endings. This game loves to mess with you, subtly changing things in the environment, the rooms you visit, and the Narrator's voiceover.

This is a great point and click adventure game. So much better than Runaway. The story is unique and interesting, the artwork is beautiful, and the music is perfect. The two protagonists with their separate but parallel storylines keep things interesting.

This is not a bad game. There is only one route if you don't invest in the DLC, but the route is quite long. However, as the route only covers one city there is not a huge amount of variation which will limit replayability.
The controls take some getting used to but once you're over the learning curve it's fairly easy to control.

A point and click adventure game that has potential but is let down by poor music, generic story, stereotyped characters, and inexperienced voice acting. A lot of effort obviously went into this game and its two sequels, it's a shame that the result doesn't reflect that.
Having said all that, it's enjoyable in the same way a B-movie is enjoyable. Just switch your mind off and ignore its flaws.

When you're picking games at random, you'll occasionally get some bad ones. This is one of those at the bottom of the list.
Your job is to drive kids to school based on their preferences. That's pretty much it. It's good for children or if you have a few minutes to kill but there isn't enough depth to keep you entertained for much longer. This is another of those games that feels like it should have been a mobile game, not a PC release. At least it's not full of micro transactions.

CastleStorm is a 2.5D minion defense game combined with Angry Birds style fort destruction. It is a pretty entertaining game, but it feels very much like a mobile game rather than one that belongs on a console. Despite all that I'd play it again.
