over the last few years I’ve been seeing people crocheting blankets to document something throughout the year. I’ve seen weather, books, events, sports scores. So, in an effort to have a continuous ongoing project, and after moving downtown this year, I decided to make one of the toledo walleye season!
halfway through the season, 36 games in, with blue signifying wins and the yellow/gold signifying losses! I’m excited to see what the second half looks like (hopefully lots of big blue sections!)

it was such a blast snapping some shots of this fun family! we ran around toledo, stopping at the glass city metropark, the ribbon, and the art museum!

I’ve really been enjoying stepping out of my comfort zone and pursuing more opportunities like this! I’ve learned a lot, and I’m still learning (like figuring out how to improve facebook upload quality 😂)
I’m excited to continue challenging myself & seeing what comes next ☺️ Thank you Tim & Mandy, for asking me to take your family photos, I had so much fun!

In an effort to combine my creative endeavors all in one place, here’s a look at the blankets I’ve crocheted & given to friends and family over the last few years! the first three were in 2018 I believe, and the most recent were in May of 2024!
