Dee’s Transformtaion

This is a story of a transformation of a 52 year old man starting his journey from body, mind and spirit becoming a vegan...I started my journey on 1/11/2019. I started juicing and worked from there with vegan,alkaline and fitness products I use up until today. I have become an advocate for veganism and how it has transformed my life. I started an eCommerce store “DuaneTheVeggieKing.com”(under construction) with some of the products that I used and recommend to becoming transformed.

Now I have had some health issues with early signs of arthritis in my knees and ankles. diverticulitis, and diabetes running heavy in my family. The last straw and wake up call was when a close family member of mine died of diabetes only 2 days after we were out drinking and told no one. Besides being angry and devastated that it could have been prevented, so I thought I have young kids and could not do that to them I started my journey to becoming vegan.

My next part in my journey will be creating a YouTube Channel with recipes, fitness and health goals for everyone but specifically people living with diabetes and other health related issues. I hope you all come along with me and get to a better healthier you. “Sometimes God brings times of transition to create transformation.” Lynn Cowell
