Meet Ashlan, one of our co-founders and Director of Creative Development! She handles the team’s creative direction, oversees our financials and billing, and develops websites.

In her personal life, Ashlan is a mom to three kids: Layla, 8, Landry, 6, and Blake, 6. She enjoys reading, traveling, golfing, and cooking great food.

Two key reasons Ashlan started Merit with Melissa were the flexibility to devote more time to her family and the desire to create an agency with an amazing client experience.
