hindi ka talaga magiging masaya kapag lahat ng unrealistic standards na makikita mo sa socmed ay gusto mong i-apply sa rs nyo, sometimes it doesn’t work that way, you cannot call your partner a red flag just because they doesn’t know what “sidewalk rule is” baka nai-invalidate mo na small efforts ng partner mo kaka bare-minimum mo, it doesn’t have to be perfect as how other people describe or as how social media trying to portray healthy relationship.
also consider the environment that your partner grew up in, what if they grew up in unaffectionate households, and they were trying to express their love sa paraan na alam nila? kaya it may vary between individuals talaga, i think, as long as you get the ample love, affection, happiness and you ain’t getting any sort of abuse, for me it’s enough to treasure the relationship.
