September Treat!

I am sharing this quick recipe with you. We like to make this recipe any time of the year. We live in FL, and it is hot 95% of the time. This recipe can be adjusted as you please. Be sure to have enough liquid to help with freezing due to the consistency that Chia Seeds create.

Ingredients:

3 cups - Plain Yogurt (I am not a fan of Low-Fat or flavored due to the sugar added. You can use cashew or coconut yogurt if your fur baby does not handle dairy, well).
1 cup - Organic Chia Seeds (I buy mine at Costco)
1/2 cup - Organic ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
2 tbsp - High quality Fish Oil
Nordic Naturals Omega-3, Lemon Flavor
½ cup – Organic Blueberries
½ cup – Organic Cucumber
2 sticks – Organic Celery

Blend all ingredients until smooth, pour it in trays and Voilà! Pour it into an ice tray and freeze for an hour.
