This moment set the tone for the entire event! I prayed and took a moment to myself before I started and asked God to lead me! The affirmations I read are Sistah-Codes 🧡and I’m sure they touched everyone in the room. I want you all to remember these and recite them to yourselves with confidence & belief!
There were 51 women in the room with me ready to engage, be uncomfortable & connect with themselves first & then others! I’m still on a high from Sunday 7/24. 🙌🏾🌸

Thinking out loud is something I do often, as I’m sure many of us do. When I decided to create this mini series it was based off of my own thoughts and actions, which I believe are relatable to most.
Strength coaching has many benefits and it starts with self reflection and realization!
I realized It’s easy to be fearful of the unknown but is that going to stop you or your success?
When something seems a little scary do you tend to procrastinate and then claim you never have any time?? 🫣 it’s actually you placing that mental thought in your mind 🧠 to continue to run away from something bigger than you.
But as @becominglekeshia said “the things that bring fear are the the ones I’m going after!” 🧡
