This day has evoked nolstagia. Swept into a world of memories, 'A dad with her daughter'.

My TL got me hankering for the good old days; When we would go get chips kuku/samaki on salary days, sometimes every Sato. Saturdays also tended to be game days with dad, my favourite game being, an actress playing seller with her rich client. Business and manifesting wealth taught to me at a tender age, at the time completely nescient.
When it was Dad's turn to read bed time stories. A smile forming as I remember, 'The Endless Tale by James Baldwin'. Younger, I thought it was a story my dad came up with, his form of blarney to get me to sleep. Btw, by Dad's turn I do not mean I escaped bible stories from mum before bed but that is a story for another day.
When dad and I went shopping. Let me tell you Maina, dad's are not very good at saying no, especially to their pretty little daughters which makes them the best shopping partners🤣😂🤣.

On this day;
I re-learnt my privilege, noticing some dad's went to get milk, unfortunately getting swallowed by the big market.
My mind refreshed on the importance of choosing a good patner for the whole family, not just yourself.
Understanding revived that parenting is about showing up, making them memories because they stay in our hearts forever.

On this day, you kept the candle burning for our dad's in heaven, we say thank you for awakening the memories by sharing dad-stories. May peace be with them and for those that are still blessed to have dad close by, make so many memories before the next world beckons.

Happy Fathers Day🥰

I will share more of what I have learnt about mutual funds later. Note that the return on investment ranges below 20% which might not seem much. This is why I started and have been insisting on compounding.

Success requires planning, structure, work/force/energy and discipline. Be it business, investing, friendship, farming, marriage etc; if it is worthwhile it mostly will require your effort and time.

This goes to show, it is okay to get that house, that company up, that car in three years time, it is okay if you retire at 40, it is okay if you graduate in 10years time. It doesn't all have to happen tomorrow. Plan for what you want and use the little you have to get it. If big blessings come your way, let them find you having started. Either way you get to accomplish.

Conclusion;
Instead of procrastinating and waiting for bigger and better, '🎶Take one step at a time, there is no need to rush,,,,🎵'

DO IT!
Use the little you got and go for it,
But, what if you fail?
Aaah! What if you succeed?
