Wow… what a hell of a weekend, Saturday night was incredible, first and most a huge thank you to Gary Leonov for opening his home to us and having me come out to play… honestly met so many wonderful new friends and so many talented DJ’s and Artists, The Twilight Zone Opening is one for the books! I look forward to doing it all again soon!

Over a decade ago now, LaZarza, a place I was incredibly happy to call home for 6 months. I need to find a space and an owner like this again.

Teched Out Tribal Sunday’s got real silly, and the owner was also a DJ and Producer so the sound system complimented the room really well, the booth was tucked in the corner but spacious, it was perfect.

Saturday night at was one for the books! For over a decade now this artist here has inspired me both musically and technologically… he’s been a true pioneer in the evolution of DJing and I have him to thank for how I play… he’s one of the artists that sparked my interest in playing on Traktor, trying out a variety of midi controllers and learning how to midi map. Through he got me thinking deeper about DJing and lead me to playing hybrid/live sets.
•
From time to time, when I’ve gotten lost in the sauce with music I’d find myself with the opportunity to see him play in person and it would redirect the ship on the right course.
•
Now Saturday night was special for me because I actually had the opportunity to see the master do his thing in the booth and he didn’t disappoint for a second.
•
Once the set was over we practically stood shoulder to shoulder watching the closing set for a bit, I was hoping to introduce myself once the show was over but it didn’t pan out. Never the less, thank you for all you’ve been and all you are, that was a huge honor! 🙏🏻🎶🙏🏻

… Friday night I took my love, out to see Kaskade at The Great Hall as she’s been wanting to see him and we enjoyed some good music together… all in all she was happy we went and that’s all that matter for me is that she enjoyed it.

Saturday night, my good friend and I ventured out to Knockdown Center to hear some of our Arizona Peeps, mainly (absolutely killed it) along with Richie Hawtin, Barbosa and many many more… insane party all around! & .gomie we really enjoyed hanging with you guys!

It feels like forever since I’ve been out two nights in a row… and I must say all things considering I was fresh and good enough to go on Sunday.

above all I need to extend a huge thank you to for bringing me up to Buffalo to play an intimate private event in celebration of his birthday 🙏🏻

Buffalo was such a great time, we got to hit the whirlpool jet boat (an absolute must do), we got to chow down on some delicious wings, I had my first beef on weck (delicious!), met a whole bunch of new amazing individuals and share my love for with them!

All in all, it was a pretty complete weekend that I’ll never forget and I hope to be blessed to do it again! Much love and !!!

It has been a long time since I’ve gotten to see Carl Cox play and yet to see him play a Hybrid Live set in person, it made it even more so amazing.

Hearing Victor play was a nice bonus and getting to see and hang out with friends both old and new just made the event a complete package!

A social media platform just informed me that I haven’t posted in a while… so here it goes!

The holidays can be a very dark and lonely time for some of us, even if we’re surrounded by so many people… Be sure to let everyone you know and love, know that they’re loved. Read that again… Take the time to reach out to those friends and family you haven’t spoken to in a long time. Even if it’s just to say I’m thinking about you. It may make a world of a difference to someone.

And if you’re in a dark and lonely place, no matter how alone you may feel, I promise you with all that is good in me, you’re not alone, we struggle together. It’s hard and I know it all too well but try your best to keep strong and keep moving forward and onward, there will be better days and I hope we can share those good days with each other.

It’s easier said than done but do your best to stress less and realized we’re blessed.

Highlight of my evening last night you might ask… Meeting THANK YOU for being a for all you do for this industry/scene and taking the time to chat with me after the show! For anyone wondering, this is what Chris has meant to me in this art:

Over the past 8 years or so of my musical journey he’s been a huge inspiration of mine. He’s one of two artists that really made me want to switch from DJing on CD’s/CDJ’s to Traktor… He’s influenced me to take the music production aspect into DJing.
•
During the pandemic I studied his masterclass, again he inspired me to add Maschine to my setup and I even ditched the X1’s, shifted to the K2’s and created my own mappings to make them work the way my brain works. Through the masterclass I then started taking the DJing aspect into production and because of this I was finally able to start completing my work in the studio.
•
