This is one of those cards that seemingly ‘takes the piss’.
We allow ourselves to be so busy.
To be serious, practical, eye on the prize.
So much so, we stop smelling the roses along the way.
Logically, no one’s gonna do the ‘work’... it’s up to us as individuals to put in the hours and reach those goals, right?
But… have you lost sight of the reason you wanted to achieve that goal in the first place?
Did you want it because once obtained = you’ll be happy, feel good, have riches, be powerful, be peaceful, be unstoppable…enlightened? 🤷‍♀️
You won’t achieve these feelings IN TIME 📆….
You need to strive for these feelings NOW 👇
Soften and enjoy the process. Remove rigidity and replace it with wonder.
Where are you seeing the signs come up, asking you to ‘take it easy’ and have a little FUN 🤡!?!?!?!?!
They’re 100% 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘴 from your guides and higher self to LIGHTEN UP!🌻
Once you do, everything else comes 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘦𝘳.
Once you reach those goals, you get to 𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘮𝘱𝘩𝘴.

Wow, where's this gal been?

I know I go on about surrender a lot, but how often do we truly surrender?

👉“I’m surrendered to THIS plan”👈may be as “surrendered” as we get…

𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳.

“I’ll do the things - as long as the path is in view”, we say.

🤷‍♀️ HONESTLY, that’s how I’ve felt for the last 5+ years.

… recently it hit me… The universe is playing ‘hot-hot-cold’ with me!

I’ve followed the cues, moved towards the target, gone all in, walked up to the ‘𝖦𝗈𝖻𝗅𝖾𝗍 𝗈𝖿 𝖥𝗂𝗋𝖾’ and *𝘗𝘖𝘖𝘍* ….. it’s not there anymore!

& most importantly….Grateful for every turn, pivot, high, low, lesson and triumph 🏆

Every moment leads you to the next.

Every dark night ends with day break (yes, everytime).

Well it's been a hot 1000 minutes since I last checked in!
Big changes have been occurring.... let's be honest though.... when does life ever stand still? 😅
Some wonderful food for thought with change, surrender and the effed up roads we travel to land exactly where we are today.
In my opinion, it's ALWAYS all worth it 🥰

🤔 I once heard something along the lines of: "Once we have clarity, we need courage." 🦁

There's no feeling more icky, than feeling lost, stuck, unsure of your next steps, out of control or failure 🙇‍♀️

If you could find the answers to propel you forward... would you? 🔎

Would you really?

There are times in my life where I've allowed these feelings to continue.

Deep down, I knew that 'clarity' would open the doors to action ✊️.... and subconsciously, I wasn't ready.

No matter how much the conscious desire burned to move-up, level-up, show-up.... I only allowed myself to look as far as I was comfortable 🏞

If you haven't done everything you can to move yourself from fog to clear skies, it's ok.

🧐 Be honest with yourself.... do you know what you're avoiding?

Support is always there if you're courageous enough to find it.

Healing is always available to you if you truly surrender and trust that the right people, frameworks or changes will show up to guide you in the right direction ⬆️↗️➡️↘️⬇️

It may seem small, but I pull a tarot card every day to help me understand the energies around me.

Going though your personal development or awakening journey is ℍ.𝔸.ℝ.𝔻…
(𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦? 😄…𝘯𝘰?)

It’s not for everyone.
Releasing patterns, limiting beliefs, & trauma asks you to show up to ‘what’s’ up.

When you decide to 𝘣𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 or 𝘶𝘱-𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 in you life, opportunities show up for healing.

For me, I was questioning if life had more?
If my passions & talents could be put to better use?
I knew something was holding me back & I didn’t know what.

The only clues I had were:

🔎 I didn’t feel like I stood in my power
🔎 Experienced constant guilt
🔎 Felt extremely anxious

Apart from that, not much to go by.

A subconscious vow is made & the universe does the rest 📜

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦 & 𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞.

📋 I was doing tonnes of personal development.
📋 Getting coaching
📋 Learning new strategies
📋 Trying to work harder every day

While very small amounts of progress were occurring, I was stuck in a loop of comparison, falling short & anxiety. Oh the anxiety….

At the time, I was working with coaches who gave me sound marketing advice.
They literally gave me the formula, processes, words “that convert”, programs to use - the entire toolbox that I thought I needed!

… & still…. I was a mess, unsure what to do, & how I could do it 🙇‍♀️

There was nothing wrong with their methods.

I saw all these clients of theirs, get “results”....

So why was I in the foetal position….😫 almost weekly?!?

Firstly…. all of the above is perfectly fine language for the right kind of person…
🗣️“converting copy - marketing formula - slay - process - strategy”

𝑩𝒖𝒕, 𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒆….

I didn’t realise a few 𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘮 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘱 facts at the time 🤔:

🍄 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲

The structure was 100% operating from masculine energy, but I’m 100% in need of feminine energy.

The structure was operating from logic & the brain, but I operate from feel & the heart.

The structure was emotionless & practical, but I am an Empath & Creative.

𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵: Burnout, Inadequacy, & I’ll say it again…. THE ANXIETY!!!! 🤯

🍄 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀

Clearly I didn't realise it at the time… but moments that crack you open like that, invite us to look below the surface.

You know you’re fearful of something.. BUT WHAT!?

At first I had no idea.

My curiosity around “𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦” & surrendering to find the answers led me towards the exact fears that needed witnessing, cleansing & releasing.

🔥 Fear of failure
🔥 Fear of judgement
🔥 Fear for my safety
🔥 Fear of being seen…. (Really… are you joking… how do you run a business with that?)
🔥 Fear of success (F*ck me! Isn't the whole point of running a business to be successful…?)

But these are real things!

& there’s 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 layers to these things.

🍄 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀

🙋‍♀️ Learning about being an Empath & committing to working 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 my energy, not against it.

🙋‍♀️ Learning about being a feminine-core-being & making the right adjustments, harnessing feminine flow in every way possible.

🙋‍♀️ Facing my blocks - via practices, self discovery & exploration - yes…. but also with the right guidance, programs & mentors that have supported me through the journey, lifted me in the right direction & carried me through the sludge.
We can’t do all this alone.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭?

Clearing the path, releasing the things and finding the precise alignment for me and me only = it's removed that overwhelm, it’s removed that self-doubt and BEST of all, it’s removed that anxiety.

Peel back the layers, and eventually you’re effortlessly confident to do these things.

What do you do when the juice runs out? 💦

Ok... back story...

I spoke to a girlfriend this morning telling her I was so excited to sort out my offers today.

I had my sons Speech Therapy to supervise, then get him to school.
... some VA work to plan.
... a Podcast interview to do.
... bills to pay.
... podcast to create (and schedule).
... plus the normal stuff.... eat, etc.

When was this original brilliant idea supposed to fit into that?

As I walked to school for pick-up, I voxered the same friend and admitted... I feel like I've done nothing today!!

FEELS like it.

And that's bullsh*t! 💯

It's been a battle for years. Never feeling accomplished enough.

This is the moment where my clicks over.

Wild 🔥 - Bear 🐻

All the wild big bold moves fade away.
I become a little insecure, and need stillness.

So this afternoon, I'm getting in a meditation and some rest.

It's best to switch over to the things that your soul needs as opposed to carrying on with what your 'Ego' needs, otherwise you'll be unproductive AF pushing through anyways!

When the juice runs out, replenish!

With all that's going on in the collective, I'm very focused on all the wrong and not the right!

How can we breathe-in life right now?

Truthfully this isn't 100% concious thought.

Here's the thing...

Physical pain manifests in our body from energetic, mental and emotional triggers.

And vice versa.

Yes, always get your physical self seen to by the right people... but there's so much healing you can do for yourself.

Especially when it comes to reoccurring things like this.....

I journey there via meditation at least once a week.

It's a pure healing vibration.

Best to write things down afterwards otherwise this golden elixir from the Universe is hard to remember.

Recently I found one of my notebooks, filled with lessons and experiences from last year.

Automatic writing is a dance with trust. At the time you think.... "surely this is just me writing all this sh*t..."
