Muadhin Schedule

23 years ago (approximately 1417) AH.

The month of Ramadan was the right time to find out the true shifts of the Muadhin of Masjid Al Haram, because during holiday periods and even Hajj, a major change would take place due to absences and convenience. Below is the rota for Muadhin for the mid 90s:

Fajr: Sheikh Farooq Hadrawi. Dhuhr: Sheikh Ahmad Basnawi and Iqamah by Sheikh Muhammad Ramal. Asr: Sheikh Muhammad Maarouf. Maghrib: Sheikh Nayef Fayda. Isha: Sheikh Hasan Shahaat.

[Sunday]
Fajr: Sheikh Abdullah Rayes & Iqamah by Sheikh Ali Muammar. Dhuhr: Sheikh Ali Muammar and Iqamah by Sheikh Abdullah Rayes. Asr: Sheikh Muhammad Shakir. Maghrib and Isha: Sheikh Ali Mulla.

[Monday]
Fajr: Sheikh Muhammad Maroof. Dhuhr: Sheikh Abdullah Sabaak and Iqamah by Sheikh Ibrahim Abbas. Asr Sheikh Muhammad Ramal. Maghrib: Sheikh Hasan Shahaat. Isha: Sheikh Farooq Hadrawi.

[Tuesday]
Fajr: Sheikh Muhammad Raml and Iqamah by Sheikh Tafweeq Khoj. Dhuhr Sheikh Abdullah Rayes. Asr: Sheikh Idris Kanu. Maghrib (one day Sheikh Ahmad Basnawi and one day Sheikh Muhammad Maroof. Isha: Sheikh Hasan Shahaat.

[Thursday]
Fajr: Sheikh Nayf Fayda. Dhuhr: Sheikh Naif Fayda and Iqamah by Sheikh Muhammad Shakir. Asr: Sheikh Hasan Zabeedi. Maghrib and Isha: Sheikh Ali Mulla.

[Friday]
Fajr: Sheikh Ali Mulla. Jumuah Adhan Awal: Sheikh Ali Mulla & Adhan Al Thani by Hasan Shahaat. Asr: Sheikh Abdul Malik Mulla. Maghrib: Sheikh Abdullah Rayes and Iqamah by Sheikh Farooq Hadrawi. Isha: Sheikh Farooq Hadrawi.
