An arrest was made on February 7, 2023 after warrants were obtained for John Eric Hardwick of Gonzales, LA.
The investigation was initiated by Centre Police Department in December 2022. Through the course of the investigation, led by Chief Investigator Randy Mayorga, Hardwick was positively identified as the offender of submitting sexually explicit images to a minor to include child po*******hy. Warrants were obtained for Hardwick’s arrest shortly thereafter.
The Gonzales Police Department, and LA Attorney General’s Office apprehended Hardwick at his residence in January of 2023.
Hardwick was recently brought over to CCDC pending court proceedings.
