Born Digital netlabel Born Digital is an organization rooted in the electronic music & media
scene. Spin-offs of our
work spread troughout a vast amount of digital services.

In 2009 Born Digital was established as a foundation for new
media & new creativity. This construction provided the ability to
develop as an independent media arts label and festival organization. Virtually speaking Born Digital is a knot in an interwoven network of
creative studios and production houses worldwide. Our main
organization is run on a daily basis operating from the GS2 production


house in Utrecht/NL. GS2 facilitates artists and cultural agents to
develop their programs and works in the fields of art, theatre and the
urban arena. Yearly this results in a series of festivals, cross-
disciplinairy projects and co-productions. In June 2011 Born Digital will launch its netlabel service presenting
a versatile range of creative collaborations and works. Featuring
audiovisual cross-overs from Julien Mier, Daan Kars, Marsman, Takuma
Nakata. The first series of releases this summer offers a unique blend of music & visuals. Besides operating the netlabel as a platform to showcase artistic works Born Digital also strives to initiate and realize concept works and albums. The first project in this sense will be related to the Freemote Festival in november 2011 and investigates the 'Threshold' theme. For more information, feel free to connect.
