Remove Judgments From Your Credit Report
When you go to court and they ask you to sign off on agreements with the order. You can refuse to do so. When the credit bureaus check for signatures and they are not available then they have to remove it from your credit.
1. Pull all 3 of you credit reports.

2. Send all 3 credit bureaus a dispute letter
for the judgments. Make sure you sent them with tracking and signature. The letter is available for your viewing in the photo.

Freeze Your Credit (viewers information)
“When you dispute anything on your credit you want to freeze all your accounts.
The reason being is you
1. Don’t want them being credit bureaus to just take the information from your file and say it’s verified.
2. Like most people, there debt has been sold, and nine times out of ten the new collection agencies does not have all the proper information. So what they will do is go on your credit file and pull it and send it back saying it’s valid.
3. You don’t want the debtor to pull your credit adding another hard inquiry on your file.
Now as for the consumers, the big three will use them to verify that they have the same thing on file.
Your consumer report is where landlords, mortgages, cc pulls there information from first. Then go to Experian, Equifax & TransUnion to verify it’s on there side as well.
Freezing them will actually make them show proof. Hope that made sense.
