From tequila-soaked disco sets in Detroit's seediest bars to founding some of the city's most debaucherous club nights, DJ & Movement Electronic Music Festival (OFFICIAL) 2016 artist Scott Zacharias always brings it heavy. When not busy mixing peyote-tinged space burners with Detroit house classics, you can find Scott eating shawarmas at Super Greenland Market in Dearborn.
Here are Scott's top 5 Detroit-area markets for you to explore over Movement weekend:
1. Gonellas's - 295 S Oakwood Detroit, MI 48217 -- Get a foot long on hard roll. Classic. This is an incredible sandwich.
2. Honey Bee La Colmena - 2443 Bagley St Detroit, MI 48216 -- plenty of fresh produce, prepared food (local tamales, in-house enchiladas, etc.), beer, & Topo Chico if that's yr thing.
