🤔...I see alot of post about landlords not being able to ask for 3xs the rent.

🙃Although it sounds favorable it is untrue.

🧐That law only applies to California.
🙈Florida however did pass a law that will allow property owners to charge a fee in Liu of a security deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE.

💯👌🏾But TRUST ME you want to live somewhere you can afford.

🫡As a rental agent/apartment locator..I still find affordable rentals in great communities. sometimes you have to consider leaving your comfort and finding something that fits your financial budget.
