We have all been to Walmart. It is one of the most mundane parts of our routines. We pop into the store, grab what we need, buy what we don’t need as well, overspend and walk out, easy peasy.

You never expect anything special to happen in Walmart of all places. The people on the list did not expect their Walmart trip to take a turn for the worst. Yet, they were in for a surprise as the unexpected happened in Walmart of all places.

Outside, exposed to the elements, generally in the dead of night - could you handle an intense situation at a gas station?

These people found themselves on the receiving end of threats, violence, and sometimes rough pat-down—could you think quickly and get yourself somewhere safe? Or would you freeze up?

Today, we’re going to look at some clips of intense, disturbing, terrifying situations at gas stations. We have a few that could have been avoided and a few that show off some incredible quick thinking. We’ll let you decide which is which.
