✨Easy Paneer Sandwich Recipe🔥| Protein Packed Sandwich | Healthy breakfast ❤️✨ Ingredients: Paneer Oil Mustard seeds Cumin seeds Chana dal Urad dal Onions Red and green capsicum Red chilli powder Turmeric Cumin powder Kadai masala Salt Hung curd Whole wheat Bread Ghee Peanut chutney powder Kadai Masala Recipe: 2 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Jeera 3-4 Kashmiri chilli 1/2 tbsp Bla2 tbspck pepper 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1 tsp salt 1️⃣Make the filling, in a pan add oil with mustard seeds,cumin seeds,Chana dal,urad dal then add onions and capsicum sauté for a minute. 2️⃣Then add a spices mentioned above and add the diced paneer. Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes and let it cool down. 3️⃣Once the filling cools down, add hung curd and mix it. 4️⃣Now layer the bread with ghee, peanut chutney powder and a filling then toast it on tawa on both the sides. Tasty😋 Pumpkin kadubu recipe | Pumpkin Idli 😍| Karnataka-style Healthy breakfast recipe ❤️ How to make pumpkin kadubu | pumpkin kadubu recipe | pumpkin pie | pumpkin idli | sihikumbalkai kadubu | chennikkayi kottige | Healthy breakfast | Healthy snacks | Ingredients: Grated Pumpkin- 1 cup Coarsely powdered rice- 1/2 cup Grated coconut- 1/2 cup Jaggery- 3/4 cup Jeera seeds- 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds- 1 tbsp Chana dal- 1 tbsp Salt to taste Method: 1. Roast rice in a pan until it turns slightly dark. Let it cool down completely and then coarsely powder it in a mixer. 2. In a bowl mix grated pumpkin, coarsely powdered rice, washed Chana dal, Jeera seeds, roasted sesame seeds, grated coconut, jaggery syrup and salt. 3. Make it into a small ball and steam it for 15-20 minutes. 4. Enjoy these delicious kadubu or idli with spicy onion chilli chutney with a slice of butter for a snack or a breakfast. . . . In a blender add moong, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, cumin seeds and curry leaves with little bit of water. Grind it into a smooth paste. 2. Into the batter add chopped onions, paneer, fine rava or chiroti rava and salt. 3. Mix it well and keep the batter little thick, add water if you want. 4.
