Crockpot Potato and Sausage Soup
1 bag frozen hash browns 28 oz
1 box chicken broth
1 pound smoked sausage sautéed with one onion
1 can cream of chicken
Add salt and pepper
Cook on Low 4/5 hours high 2/3
Then add 1/2 block softened cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
Cook another hour

✨Holiday Broccoli Cauliflower Salad✨ (Perfect for Christmas! You won’t be able to stop eating it!)
Macaroni Salad
1 pound Macaroni cooked and cooled
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 TBSP mustard
1 1/2 cup green olives (1 cup if you’re not obsessed with olives)
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP vinegar
1 TBSP pepper or to taste
Easy Mashed Potatoes
1 family size Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes
Butter your dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese all over
Put your mashed potatoes in your pan and add:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 block softened cream cheese
Mix well
Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on the top
Top with bacon bits
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min until a bit golden

Amazing Air Fryer Wings
3LB bag of chicken wings seasoned with your favorite seasoning (I used mrs. dash garlic sriracha)
mix together:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP chili onion crunch
1 TBSP minced garlic
Now mix your mixture with your chicken
Air Fry in a preheated air fryer for 20 minutes flipping half way through at 400 degrees
Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage
In your crockpot add:
Sautéed smoked sausage, 2 bell peppers sliced, and one onion diced (you don’t have to sauté it just gives it more flavor)
1 bag of frozen shredded hash browns
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese
Mix well
Cook on high 2 hours or low 4 hours
Marry Me Chicken Stuffed Shells
Cook a box of extra large shells until Al dente
Chicken mixture:
In a separate bowl:
Add 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken chopped
Garlic powder
1/2 TBSP red pepper flakes
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup
Shredded parmesan
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
Stuff shells with 2 TBSP of your chicken mixture and put in a baking dish
Preheat oven to 375
Sauce:
On med high heat add
2 TBSP butter once melted add TBSP minced garlic until fragrant
Then add 2 TBSP flour whisk into paste
Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Cook for 5 minutes
Set heat to medium add 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Cook for 5 minutes and add two cups shredded parmesan let melt
Season with pepper and red pepper flakes
Add 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
Cook 5 minutes
Add on top of your noodles in your baking dish
Add 1/2 cup shredded parmesan to the top
Bake covered at 375 for 20 minutes then uncover 15-20 min or until a bit golden and bubbly
Party Cracker Sandwiches (must try!!)
Roll and a half of butters rounds
Colby Jack Cheese
Pepperoni 2-3 per cracker
1/2 stick butter melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsps ranch seasoning
1. In a 9x13 pan layer your crackers with pepperoni then cheese and top with crackers, like a sandwich.
2. Melt 1/2 a stick of butter and add all your seasonings.
3. Spread the butter mixture over the crackers
4. bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.

Hashbrown Casserole Cups (Honestly one of the best things I have ever made!!!)
10 oz bag frozen hash browns partially thawed and pat dry (mine were still a bit cold)
4 TBSPs mayonnaise
3 TBSPs sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
Whatever seasoning you would like. I used garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper.
1. In a bowl add your hash browns.
2. Mix in 4 TBSP mayo, 3 TBSP sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheese and all your seasonings to taste.
3. Spray oil generously in a muffin pan.
4. Spoon in your hash brown mixture and pat down a bit.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
6. Top with sour cream, bacon, green onions ect!
Ate them all so fast 😳😂! This is a must try!! Perfect for the holidays!
Crockpot broccoli cheese soup
4 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 stick of butter
1 small onion diced
4 cloves minced garlic
Salt pepper to taste
1-2 cups shredded carrots
* put all the above in crock pot
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup corn starch
* mix and pour into crockpot and cook on low for about 5 hours
After about 5 hours
Mix 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese and
1 Cup heavy whipping cream to crockpot
Wait 15-30 minutes until melted and enjoy!
Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
2 Lbs chicken sliced in half so your chicken in thin
In a bowl mix:
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Cut half an onion and put on top your chicken, pour sauce on top of that, add a can of pineapples drained
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min covered take off foil for an additional 10. You can even broil for a few minutes at the end if you’d like.
I served mine over rice
Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Stuffed Garlic Bread
Loaf of bread cut out in the middle spread with:
3 TBSP butter melted mixed with 1 TBSP minced garlic and 1/2 TBSP Italian seasoning
Cook 3-4 lasagna noodles to al dente
Mix:
2 cups cooked chicken (I used rotisserie chicken)
1/2-3/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup sour cheese
2 cups cheese (I used 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup Colby Jack)
1/2 TBSP garlic powder
1 packet ranch seasoning
(I used all of this mixture)
Layer your bread:
Lasagna noodle
Cheese
Chicken mixture
Cheese
lasagna noodle
Cheese
Chicken mixture
Cheese
Ect
Until full (I over filled)
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes loosely wrapped in foil
Take off foil bake another 15-20 minutes until golden

Marry Me Chicken Mac and Cheese
Cut 2-3 pounds of chicken into cubes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and pepper to taste. Add to the crockpot.
In a separate bowl, add 3 cups chicken broth, 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1 TBSP smoked paprika, 1 TBSP Italian seasoning, 1 TBSP Onion powder, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 scoop minced garlic, Pepper to taste and 1/2 cup- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes. Mix well.
Pour mixture over chicken and top with 1/2 stick of butter cut into cubes.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the chicken is done.
Add 4-5 cups freshly shredded cheeses. (1 1/2 cups parmesan, 2 cups white cheddar and 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack or other).
Add 1/2 stick soften or microwaved cream cheese. Let melt 15-30 minutes
Add two pounds of cooked macaroni noodles or whatever kind you would like.
Cook for an additional 15-30 minutes.
Enjoy!!
*The sauce might seem thin but once you add your noodles and wait a bit it comes out perfect. If your Mac and cheese gets too thick add milk or cream, if too thin add more cheese.
Cajun Butter Steak Bites
To your crockpot add:
2 pound sirloin steak cubed seasoned with salt and pepper
Mushrooms sliced
2-3 TBSP Cajun Seasoning
I big scoop or two minced garlic
Stick of butter sliced
Stir
Cook on high 2-3 hours
High 4-5

16 oz sour cream
16 oz cottage cheese
16 oz Mayo
3 packs of ranch dressing mix (moms called for the buttermilk version but regular tasted great too)
Refrigerate
Serve with veggies, chips anything!
Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Tacos
1 1/2 pounds chicken seasoned with pepper
Half onion chopped
Scoop minced garlic
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
3 TBS butter
Cook on high 2 hours low 4-5
Optional: add another 1/3 cup buffalo sauce when done cooking
Shred chicken, dip tortillas in your crockpot sauce and cook in a pan with a little oil for a couple min and add shredded chicken and cheese; fold over and cook until golden
Cheesy Taco Rice
1 pound ground beef cooked with 1 packet taco seasoning
1 can rotel
1 can cheese soup
2 cups low sodium chicken broth; start with two cups; add more if rice is not covered
1 scoop minced garlic
1 1/2 cups instant brown rice (has to be brown rice it cooks best in the crockpot)
Dump all in crockpot stir
Cook on high two hours, low for four
Add 1-2 cups shredded cheese, let sit for 10 minutes to melt
Optional: add corn, onions, peppers, beans
Top with sour cream, jalapeños, green onions!
Stuffed Shell jalapeño poppers with Sausage
1 pound sausage or ground beef cooked with garlic and herb seasoning and onion powder
Add 4 jalapeño all chopped up
Once cooked add 1 block of cream cheese let melt and stir
Add one cup shredded cheese mix
Cook jumbo shells al dente
Stuff 1 1/2 TBSP of meat mixture in each shell
Then fold over another shell to close it
Spray shells with oil
Air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until crispy
Or cook in oven at 375 for 10-12 minutes
Use ranch or blue cheese to dip them in

Busy Night Chicken Casserole
2-3 cups cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken
1 packet Ranch Seasoning
1/2 - 1 cup sour cream
2- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Mix together in a casserole dish
Top with tater tots
Bake at 375 35-45 minutes or until those tater tots are golden

Taco chili
1. Take 2 cans black beans, 1 can kidney beans, I can pinto beans; drain and rinse them. Throw into your crockpot.
2. Add I can tomatoes with green chilies
3. Add one can of corn drained
4. Cook 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, with one onion chopped in a hot pan. Add one big scoop of minced garlic when finished cooking for about 2 minutes. Add a packet and a half of taco seasoning as the packet says with water.
5. Add your meat to your crockpot.
6. Add 1 cup of beef broth; if you would like it thinner add more broth.
7. Add 1/2-1 TBSP slap your mama, and 1 packet of taco seasoning.
8. Cook on low for 5 hours, or on high for 3 hours.
9. Enjoy with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped red onions, and crunched tortilla chips or strips!
Garlic bread cheesesteak sloppy joes
8 pack cheese garlic Texas toast; bake as the package says
1.5 pound ground beef cooked with 1 bell pepper and 1 onion diced season with burger seasoning; drain meat
To the meat when finished cooking add:
2-3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
1 TBSP corn starch
When your garlic bread is finished cooking add a few TBSP of your meat mixture on top of each garlic toast
Top with provolone cheese add salt and pepper to the tops
Bake another 5 minutes
