Are you curious why I’m always wearing ribbons or headbonds on my head? Are you thinking that I’m kind’a old but always wearing this kind of thing?

I just wanna share to you something😊

When I was still a kid, I don’t really like to wear headbonds. Even my mom bought me some trendy one, but still I just used it 1-3 times only. After that, I just don’t care about it. And the reason also of not wearing it, because it is really painful if you would wear it for so long( an hour),especially behind your ears.

When I started loving it?

I started loving it when I already graduated my college. Sounds different? Yeah, it’s because I achieve one of the things in life that makes me happy. And that is my job.

The time when I started teaching, the time I started wearing and loving it. In a point that even I’m not on my workplace, still on my head.

This headbonds or ribbons, reminds me of the kids that I’m teaching. I just wanna share it to you because wearing headbonds on my head is part of my job. That is one of the things I can do to make them happy, to make them feel that they have someone to talk to. Not just by teaching them any words and sentences, but by showing them I’m their bestfriend, whom they can speak to and play good games too.

Again, wearing headbonds or ribbons on my head is one way to show them that even our classroom is online, but I can be their teacher and at the same time their playmate playing word games.

Fishball Yummy Sauce!!!

This sauce is best for some streetfoods just like fishball and kwek-kwek. So I will share to you the steps on how to make it.

Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
onion
5 tbsps of sugar
pinch of magic sarap
1 tbsp of flour
black pepper
cup of water

INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, and mix until flour and sugar are dissolved.
Bring it to a simmer over medium heat while stirring continuously. Stir until the sauce thickens. Usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl or a jar and let it cool down a bit before serving.

Homemade Yummy Fishball

Craving for this yummy fishball? But can’t go out to buy it? Why not make your own homemade fishball?

I will share to you my idea on how to make this delicious fishball.

Here are the ingredients needed in making the homemade fishball:

200 grams of flour
1 slice of fish(any kinds of fish but I used “budburon”)
1 egg
1 tsp of baking powder
cup of water
pinch of salt

Procedure:
First, you have to boil the slice of fish for 2-5 minutes until it softened. After that, put it in the plate and let it cool. Then pull out some of small bones from the fish and make the fish into a flake.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. After that, add the water, egg and the flaked fish. Mixed them all. Chill it overnight.

On the next day, you can easily cook the homemade fish ball by frying it in a hot oil. Reminder: Just fry it in a small pieces. That’s all. Enjoy eating😊
