She gives advice to both women and men who are victims of physical, verbal, mental, financial and emotional abuse, and how to cope with it, in her new books.

In the Somali culture, it is tradition for Somali mothers and the women of the household to prepare and grind the ingredients to make Shaah, a somali tea beverage. This tradition is carried through each generation, all the way from Africa to the United States of America.
That is why it is so endearing to hear that Ayubâs passion for @bhteas is driven by his momentum to create a solution to support mothers, by not only saving them money, but by providing a solution to bring them ease when they start their day.
Shaah is a much healthier drink than coffee because it contains less caffeine. A typical cup of Shaah contains about 20-50mg of caffeine, whereas a cup of coffee contains as much as 180-200mg of caffeine. Caffeine can be beneficial in small doses, but too much caffeine can be detrimental to your health, leading to issues like insomnia, anxiety, and restlessness. The lower caffeine content in Shaah makes it a better choice if you are looking for a healthier and less stimulating drink.

What differentiates this lasagna from other lasagnas, is the spices incorporated in the recipe. Cumin spice is a fragrant seasoning Somalis use to flavor many of our dishes. Berbere is the other spice used in this dish that is a traditional blend and is the backbone of Eritrean and Ethiopian dishes. Many national East African dishes use both these spices!
