We were saddened to hear of the passing of over the weekend. One of the leaders in sports photography, Gerry’s amazing career was perfectly laid out in the fabulous book ‘This Sporting Life’.
We highlighted some of the work Gerry covered over the years in issue 1 of our Olympic special and we were extremely grateful to everyone at for making it possible. Our thoughts are with Gerry’s family, colleagues and friends and we encourage all budding sports photographers to take a look at his work and to learn what an influence he was to this great industry
