Hi friends 👋❤️ it’s been a couple months had to start fresh podcast page so thank you all for the support. I’m working on some new episodes that I’m excited about! In the mean time make sure you’re all caught up on the latest episodes!

In the last episode I had a conversation with nutritionist and PCOS specialist, .nutritionist.courtney. Last year I was diagnosed with PCOS and I have really been working towards educating myself and others regarding PCOS because it’s much more than just an infertility issue in this episode and she gave so much information on what PCOS is and nutrition and how it impacts your PCOS. She also dives into how to manage PCOS symptoms, hormonal health and more. This episode was very educational and informative but I also loved hearing Courtney’s journey to get to where she is now. Even if you don’t have PCOS someone you know more than likely is diagnosed or not diagnosed yet! I definitely will be touching on PCOS alot more in upcoming episodes. This was probably one of my favorite episodes to record because it’s so prevalent to my life currently but more than likely someone in your life has PCOS so come pour a glass with us!🥂
