May 22, 2020 at around 6pm hinuli nila ang asawa ko sa kadahilanang eto ay walang facemask at nkainom (from fiesta).
7:30pm, pinuntahan xa ng ate at kapitbahay nila para tubusin but accdg to d police officer kinabukasan nlng at lagpas na sa oras nd tulog n daw yung asawa ko. In short, umuwi sila ng hnd kasama asawa ko at bka dn daw abutan p sila ng curfew.
Mga bandang alas 9 ng gabi, merong tumawag na cnasabing sunduin na daw xa sa Gonzales Hospital at namumutla daw eto dahil inatake sa puso.
Ngunit pagdating dun ng byenan ko, kalunos lunos itsura ng asawa q. Puro pasa sa katawan eto at wala ng buhay. Ayon sa doctor na nakausap nila, DOA doon ang asawa q at kung gusto namen eh ipaautopsy nlng eto. If you could notice in d picture below, my husband was wearing a moss green shirt, a cap and his facemask. But when they went to the morgue, he was wearing a white sando (not his). Baliktad na rin ang kanyang shorts nd brief. D wallet, shirt and cap were missing.
May 24 nung makapunta aq sa San Leonardo police station to get the autopsy request and certificate that my husband is covid free but accdg to d police officer, it is their copy so i did not insist on getting it anymore. Instead, they're asking me if ill file d case already against d said inmate who allegedly killed my husband. I told them that i have no other bussiness there other than the autopsy request.
I asked dem also regarding my husband's case and accdg to them, my husband was brought there coz "wala po kasi siyang facemask" i asked also wat time "around 8to9 po". I just listened to him.
I have a proof here dat my husband was wearing his facemask dat day.
Just now, i asked for d police spot report but it has a diff statement AGAIN. The situation, time and other statement was totally a trash!
I understand that he was a violator but has no criminal charge. Questions are, if they're insisting dat d person who killed him is an inmate, y would dey put him behind bar for a violation?
Next, an inmate was being assaulted by another inmate, police officers are not to interfere?
Someone said, lumabas daw saglit bantay? Is it okay to leave their post vacant?
Ur inmate killed another inmate, ur not checking if they have deadly weapon inside?
D day after my husband was killed, they asked my mother-in-law to talk w/ the parent of d said inmate and have them apologized but they won't show dem d inmate.
And take not, tinadyakan lang daw ng isa yung husband q ng preso at pagdaan daw nung mayor sa loob eh hinubuan eto?
Very wrong! My husband will never do dat, not to a total stranger. Yes, umiinom xa nd sigarilyo but that's it! After inom, he'll go home to rest, no more no less.
Even d whole brgy of rizal may testify how kind he is and never a delinquent one.
Here are d pictures from d time he was captured, killed and buried. Kayo ang humusga. The number of people who was w/ us yesterday will tell you how good is my husband.
His video yesterday has 7.3k views already. You can see from der d # of pipol hu was w/ us on his last moment.
Please help me seek justice for his painful death.
