"Pangolin's are the most trafficked mammal in the world.

Let that sink in. More than Elephants and Rhinos and Tigers combined. Their scales are made of the same substance as rhino horn, and our finger nails, and as global rhino numbers dwindle, the pressure on these incredible little animals grows and grows. By some estimates as many as 2.8 million of them are poached globally every year.

The African Pangolin Working Group () and Francois Meyer () were involved in a sting operation to recover Po from Poachers. She was rehabilitated slowly and painstakingly with a release protocol that has been developed by the team. Dealing with any animal rescued from poachers is hard, but particularly with Pangolins as there is incredibly little known about them. Everything Francois and Niall do with them is ground breaking, and contributes greatly to the conservation of Pangolin.

These people spend their lives in the bush, dedicating everything to saving this species. Please if you can spare anything, make a donation to them."
