Its that time of year again. With the first Winds of Fortune appearing, The Bastion Thunderer is firing up the printing presses ready to start writing for E2!
As always we're seeking submissions from people eager to share their thoughts, feelings and opinions on matters throughout the Empire. If you submit an article you will receive a free copy of the paper!
THINGS WE'D LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT:
⭐️ "On Virtue" - our on-going series asking for priests to write thoughts and opinions regarding subjects pertaining to their specific dedicated Virtue.
⭐️ Politics - are you or a friend planning on standing for a position this year? Would you like to publish a manifesto on why you're the best person for the job?
⭐️ Heroic and dramatic feats - Pride for all! Big up your friends and comrades for their heroic displays on and off the battlefield and let more people hear about their actions
⭐️ Opinions - we love hearing what the heroes of the Empire have to say about all sorts of subject matter. Winds of War/Fortune/Magic, and everything else in-between. You want people to hear your thoughts? Time to let the Empire know!
⭐️ Adverts - have wares for sale? A coven offering rituals? Ready to make some sweet coin? Advertise in the Bastion Thunderer - perhaps you want to discuss a deal with a voucher system? Or a double page spread about how awesome your Soap or Cake is? Contact us and we can discuss!
⭐️ Anything and everything else!
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- There is no minimum requirement for articles, though we ask for the maximum to be no more than 800 words in length (a little over is fine!)
- Include your name, group, nation, and if possible, a headshot of your character
- Submit the article either to our page, or our Discord ( https://discord.gg/3QXnEtEMsn )
Additional things we're searching for:
⭐️ War reporters - we're searching for more willing participants who will throw themselves into the fray, interview warriors and generals alike during and after battles and skirmishes. Get the information out to the wider public. Earn an element of danger.
⭐️ Conclave/Senate/Synod/Militia/Bourse Reporters - Investigating the actions taken by the Militia? Fascinated by the politics in Senate? Keeping an eye on a controversial Synod motion and who's voting on it? If there is a niche you want to regularly report on, consider signing up as a reporter!
[All reporters will get their own "Press" tabard or sash to assure you are a reporter for the Bastion Thunderer and therefore full of journalistic integrity. ]
⭐️ Paper sellers - Earn a little bit of extra coin while selling papers, get to know people and make contacts. Drop us a line if you are interested and we can arrange an IC meeting!
