It’s not just love for music, it’s my passion. It goes beyond liking, and beyond a hobby, it’s about a way of living. I was a teenager when I developed an intense passion for music. I believe Music is the strongest form of Magic.
Listening to different tunes and intertwining them made me ecstatic and before I knew it, mixing songs had become a passion. I strive to reflect perfection in my work and I have dedicated my time towards attaining my goals. My ambition has taken me a long way since I first started in the industry and my passion only keeps growing. My work ethics combined with a unique style and taste in music makes me one in a million. During night clubs I create the magic, I build energy on the dance floor. My style is unique and instinctive; I often choose a track not on the playlist, Just to please the crowd, always at the core of my performance. It’s not unusual, after a set, to see me jump back on the dj booth at the end of the night hitting the latest music in town. My music will take you on a journey and leave an imprint in your soul. I got into extensive disc jockeying a year after I actually released the few mixes. When I was 17, I created my first mix under the inspirational umbrella of the legend, Pitbull , and it did roar loud amongst the youth and was named ‘Punjabi Lollipop’. Other mixes followed, the latest being ‘Danza Kuduro’ this got me a lot of attention from the international realm too. It had the highest views of 25,285. From Corporate events to Private functions, School shows to Prom Nights and anything in between, I amaze my audience with my ability to keep to the dance floor packed. To mention a few corporate clients that I have frequently been performing for; Savannah Cement, Jet Links, Airtel Kenya, Pam Goldings Properties, Rashmilan Enterprise , UNICEF, the British Army & Pride Inn Centre. Events venue’s varying from performing at the Nairobi National Parks to Nairobi’s Top Rated Hotels, Tribe Hotel, Sarova Hotel, Inter-continental Hotel, Safari Park and Ole- Sereni, where I performed for the wedding of The Afghanistan Prince. Lions Club & various lodges’ are among the list of clients. I have had the honour of performing with world renowned artistes such as Sukhshinder Shinda, Jassi Sidhu, H.Dhami, PBN and the most recent Mika Singh under the Rani Production banner. I have worked with many worthy and legendary DJs , Dj Kinde Channa, Dj Gups Saund, Dj Sodi Channa, White Pigeon Entertainment among others. Being part of the most extravagant and lavish Wedding in Nairobi, that was given the tag of the “wedding of the year 2010”, music varied from my mixes to artists of UK’s Bhangra sensations, as well as Bollywood’s Adnan Sami. I am honored to mention, Performing for societies that look into the welfare of the Community and ultimately mankind, The Sikh Supreme Council, The Sikh Woman Society and ISIKH (Sikh Students’ Federation). Being offered the golden opportunity of Performing for Politician Charity Ngilu and Launching the campaign for Sonia Birdi. I have played all over Kenya and its neighbours and won the hearts of thousands. On New Years I was at Oyster Shell, Nakuru, the event was a huge success. I was performing till 6.00a.m. I have also performed for Kenya’s current top club, Tree House, on a personal invite. I was the first DJ to own a website in the entire country and that tended to boost my fan following a great deal. Furthermore, I have been blessed with the talent of playing the Dhol and have been an es**rt to countless Wedding Entries. I also specialize in ‘Sound Engineering’ where I am invited to events to record the function live, which can go to providing and controlling 20 to 25 microphone channels individually bearing in mind the location and level of work of each instrument and device. I have come a long way and this wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my family, friends and fans that have always stood by my side in the thick and thin of my journey to such prestigious work and opportunities, which only add more positivity and joy to my life.
