Our Philosophy

EdGems Core Math is a program written by teachers for teachers. Our program offers a balanced approach toward mathematics instruction; a balance of instructional formats; a balance of formative and summative assessments; and a balance of print and digital resources. The philosophy behind EdGems Math is to provide teachers with high quality standards-based instructional materials and strategies to ensure that all students receive a stellar education. EdGems understands that the biggest challenge for teachers is to find the most effective ways to deliver lessons to students with different levels of learning and performance levels every day. Our program provides all learners with a wide choice of differentiated resources that prompt rigorous conversation as well as joy and excitement. Our teachers always tell us that they no longer have to spend hours hunting for and creating great materials. Our program provides everything for them and within easy reach. Our mission is driven by a deeply felt commitment to closing the achievement gap in mathematical learning as much as possible so that all students have the promise for success and a rewarding future.
