Went through a deep depression and anxiety the past years! In 2022 my health declined a lot due to poor eating habits, diabetes , weight gain, depression and anxiety! Took my life back at the end of December 2022 as I felt I was slipping away by detoxify my body with a juice fast and joining a community that has brought me back to life! This page is dedicated on sharing that new journey with you, where I am at on my healing journey and what I have accomplished so far as well!
