THE WORST HOTEL STAY EXPERIENCE EVER!
We booked the hotel for a 2 night stay due to an emergency.
Sharing with you ONE of the many videos I have where pests were seen in their hotel rooms.
1. We were initially given a room with lots of cockroaches. Was replaced with a room twice but still had pests. When raised to the front desk officer, she says, the management knows that the rooms have it and that it’s hard to defend the room conditions anymore.
2. Rude front desk officer. Upon raising the concern, I was welcomed with an attitude. Not so nice for a customer service representative. I said that I will record such behavior, since I don’t feel secure and accomodated. The bad behavior mellowed down and she told me about the rooms being hard to defend to their hotel guests.
3. Their Agoda listing that we booked included a breakfast. Apparently, they changed management and cannot commit to providing such to us. When asked for the paid breakfast the manager told us that they cannot provide and as a way of compensation they would let us do late check out, extending our stay for ONLY AN HOUR, which we do not need.
4. The housekeeping opened our room, even before our check out time which INVADED OUR PRIVACY. This was relayed to the front desk upon check out, but no action was made. A few moments and meters away from the lobby, we saw the front desk staff and manager looking and apparently laughing at us, like they do not care at all.
