Natural lifter? You should probably stop doing body-part splits! Here's why:

- to grow muslce, you need to stimulate muscle protein synthesis (MPS), this is why we train!
- MPS stays up for 24-48 hours (unless you got the juice!)
- So if you train your arms or glutes once a week, you're missing out on 5 days of growth

"But I'm too sore to train everything 4 days a week!"
- that's because you're doing too much!

"But I don't get sore if I don't do 20 sets"
- Sorness isn't a measure of progress

Full-body splits are almost always most optimal for novice-intermediate natural lifters

A total, holistic framework is what the everyday person needs for deep health.

Welcome (again but, this time differently?) to FMSU!👨‍🔬🎓🏋️‍♀️
- Formerly Gym Geeks Radio🗣

We've rebranded to support a massive expansion in services to our online audience and bring a whole new message to the average person trying to better their fitness or health🚀

Here's the truth👇
- 90% of the formal, quality education for fitness, isn't accessible to anyone but the professionals

That means people like you have to put all your faith and trust in Johnny Six Pack on instagram, and hope their methods work, mean well, and don't waste your time or money🙃

We're here to fix that!😎
