So I've been thinking. I applaud all the protesters and everything that they are working towards (riots and all. Material items can be replaced. Human lives cannot.) I, however, have been unable to attend, but I want to CONTRIBUTE. We live in the most advanced society that racism has ever seen. We can protest everyday. With clips of the protests I received from the Pittsburgh protest. I looped together the chants into a 10 min video. USE IT. BLAST IT. We can bring the protests to everyone's front door. We can show racists and their allies that racism has no place in America. We can MAKE them acknowledge our reality. The reality that everyday we chant a new name of one of our fallen brothers and sisters. We can inconvenience them the same way we are "inconvenienced" by our skin. We can bring AWARENESS to people that will and won't listen. We have more power than we realize. We need to be vocal. We need to participate. RACISM HAS NO PLACE HERE. WE WILL BE HEARD. SHARE. SHARE. SHARE. WE CAN DO THIS EVERYWHERE.
