Job Description:
1. Independently responsible for the recruitment of business line personnel
2. Establish, improve and evaluate recruitment channels to efficiently acquire talent resources
3. Responsible for organizational structure mapping of competing product companies
4. Quick perception of industry changes and ability to take timely action around recruitment objectives
Job Requirements:
At least 1 or 2 years experience as a recruiter or headhunter in mobile phone/smart hardware/Internet industry
2. Familiar with the industrial chain organization system of mobile phone/smart hardware and have rich human resources
3. Familiar with various recruitment channels, and able to make recruitment plans for different positions quickly
4. Good at thinking and unique recruitment experience
