We also looked at yohimbine, a still legal but more powerful fat burner.

Now, we move to the enhancement category.

Don't forget about your back!
A mistake many young guys make is not training back. Just because you can't see it in the mirror doesn't mean you shouldn't train it!
Back is the second biggest muscle group. If you want to put on weight, you should never skip back day, just like legs... but that's a whole other conversation.
When training back, you will need some verticle pull exercises (from high to low) such as pull ups, lat pulls downs, etc.
As well as horizontal movements like bent over row, seated row and so on.
A que for back is always to try and bring elbows to hips to ensure maximum engagement. As opposed to pulling through the arms, pull through back by bringing your elbows to hips.
I absolutely love back day and have used many movements over the years to build the back I have today.
